Cooking Classes for Corporate Groups and Team Building Events
Whether it is an office team event or a social occasion, Lismullin School of Culinary & Home Arts is the ideal venue for your special occasion.
The class starts with a short demonstration on the items included in the menu. Then all participants get stuck-in divided in teams with the hands-on session.
We can offer a variety of themed events from Irish Traditional Bread Baking to Pastry and Cakes; Spanish Tapas; French Cuisine, covering sauces, soufflés, omelette soufflé surprise, etc.; Italian: Making your own pasta, shapes and filling, to a sweet dish like Zabaglione and Tiramisu; and more.
If you prefer, you can go for the traditional 3-course meal, some sample recipes include:

All accompanied with a glass of wine.
Duration of sessions vary depending on your preference (2.5hrs min). Minimum 8 people; however if you have less than 8 people you can always join in with one of the other classes in our schedule.
The cost includes hands-on cooking with our chefs, all ingredients and meal cooked by participants. A copy of the recipes will also be provided to each person.
