HACCP TRAINING COURSE FOR HOSPITALITY
Gerard Meade will present the course. Gerard, who is a qualified chef, and registered and licensed as an official trainer by the HSE, has developed his very own HACCP training programme for industry, which he has successfully conducted for fifteen years.
The course is three hours consisting of lecture, videos, handouts and a basic exam. Each participant will be presented with a personal certificate.
