Family Favourites Series - Sweet and Savoury Baking - 2019
Learn a variety of cooking skills with a selection of breads, sweet and savoury pastries, that can be used for starters, main courses and desserts. Take home what you cook for all to taste!
Our chefs will first demonstrate the dishes, which all participants will prepare afterwards under their tuition. You will be involved in the full process of preparing a meal: from weighing out the ingredients to cooking, plating and presentation skills and washing up. Please bring three large lunch boxes to bring home what you cook. All ingredients and materials included.
