It’s an evening (or morning) of festive cheer and proper practical know-how, designed to take the stress out of hosting and put the joy back in. With Sanda’s guidance you’ll learn how to:

A hosting tip for now: the calmest hosts are the ones who’ve done the work before the guests arrive. Pick one element you can make a day ahead — a sauce, a dessert, a centrepiece — and you’ll feel the difference the moment the doorbell rings. In this class, Sanda will show you exactly which jobs to get ahead on.
